Most ServerEPS/Connected Payments users are maintained by the original reseller or installer of the software at your location. While our support staff at MTXEPS do have the ability to reset the passwords of all of the Server accounts, it is best practice to first contact the individuals who installed the software at your stores as they may have specific setup or policy guidelines in regards to users and passwords.
