This particular error can sometimes be generally linked to network issues at the location. As a first step, verify that a connection to the internet is indeed available to this lane or the store. Verify that the backup solution (if configured for this store) is running and/or configured correctly. Verify that all of the components in the path from the lanes out to the internet are working and configured properly (i.e. cabling, routers, hubs, etc.)
